(1) Unless the license issuing authority cancels or revokes such license before the expiry date, the license as per this paragraph shall remain in force until the end of each year.
(2) If the deadline as per sub-rule (1) is not paid or if the license is taken within three months after the deadline, the license shall be renewed by paying the renewal fee as per the fee.
(3) If the license is renewed after the expiry of the period specified in sub-rule (2), the renewal fee and 100% of the fine for that financial year and then the renewal fee and 100% of the fee for each financial year can be renewed for three years.
